TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment. The Client shall make non-refundable payment by scheduling online with or making payment via invoice (for events) to the Photographer to perform the services specified herein. Upon payment, Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties. 

Cancellation. If Client requests to amend or cancel scheduled date at least one week before the session date, payment shall be applied a mutually agreed upon reschedule date within the same calendar year. If Client cancels this agreement, or fails to show, less than one week before the session date, the retainer shall be forfeited.

Rescheduling. In the event that the Client requests to reschedule a session, the retainer shall be applied to a new session if notice is given at least one week prior to the scheduled session/event. The reschedule must be within the same calendar year. Reschedules can be made for emergencies, weather, sickness, and unforeseen circumstances. Sessions are allowed to be rescheduled ONE TIME. Due to the nature of the booking process and because you have reserved that time slot, rescheduling fees of $30 is applied if changes are made within 3 days of session/event date.
